DIY my head gaskets on my car ….. easy or difficult?
I have a Ford Taurus 1993 with a 3.8L V-6. (It has a blown head gasket) I was thinking in doing the work … I am good to work and fix things … But they have limited experience of engine … I guess if I follow a step by step repair manual and have the tools that should be OK … If anyone has done this work in this type of engine: … for me … Any advice? It is that injection multiple fuel at the top of the engine … So I'm sure it will take a little longer than normal. I'll do both sides … Makes sense. Anything to know about a Taurus 93 engine 3.8 or remember when pulling off the head? Thanks!
Its not that hard of a job, make sure both heads and that are verified
