anyone been in a car with nitrous? / nos?
what does it feel like? what shot and what car were you in? im thinking about a 100 shot on my 88gt mustang but i’ve never been in a car with nitrous………is it pretty violent? (ive got all the basic bolt ons already and want that next step, safely tuned of course) thanx
It just feels like you pushed the gas pedal a bit further down nothing crazy that was in a 80 stang with a 88 5.0 HO. you can run a 125 shot on a stock motor all day this is what you do. your going to need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, in tank 255 pump ( stock pump will work but its safer with a 255). If your using the stock heads set the timing at 10 deg base timing, on Aluminium heads run 14 degrees with good gas. Add an extra 2 psi to your fuel pressure and you should have no problems. Put a set of slicks on it, spray it out of the hole and watch that sucker go. ( don’t forget to beef up your rear end first
